Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year and was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the competition, she placed third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. She was up against the very best. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows using single-arm pull downs with lats. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
